Rapidshape’s RS-Cure is a revolutionary post-curing system for resin-printed parts. With its air-vacuum operation and the ability to connect an inert gas, the RS-Cure is suitable for all your dental production needs.
Powerful post-processing
The RS-cure automatic curing system cures your printed parts evenly on all sides using powerful LEDs. The integrated vacuum technology ensures excellent material curing. This allows materials to be processed in accordance with the standards of many material manufacturers. If necessary, a connection for an external inert gas is available on the back of the device.
Do I need to set the cycle times myself?
Post-curing or post-photopolymerization is performed using validated parameters to eliminate any risk of improper processing. The RS-Cure is connected to your Rapidshape solution to ensure traceability and monitoring of your production. The parameters will adapt to the production being carried out.
Working in tandem with the RS-Wash
When used in combination with the stackable RS-Wash, it provides a simple, validated workflow.
The RS Cure and RS Wash are connected to the Rapidshape 3D printer to ensure the simplest possible operation. The post-processing unit can thus determine exactly which program should be selected. The flash system cures the material uniformly on all sides in approximately 6 to 10 minutes, using powerful LEDs in combination with a vacuum chamber (patents pending). The radiation covers the UVA and UVB spectrums.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is 1 working day if the order is placed before 12pm. We work with Chronopost for deliveries before 1pm anywhere in France for consumables stocked at KREOS.
Some products are delivered directly from the manufacturer and delivery times may vary.
Are stocks up to date?
The quantity available on the site is up to date with our physical stock. A product available on the site is therefore available for shipment.
