The DMU ecosystem puts an end to the fragmentation of aligner production thanks to a fully integrated, automated workflow. Each step is designed to work in perfect synergy, eliminating bottlenecks and manual errors.
The process begins with the software, which automatically generates the optimum cutting line and integrates a unique identifier directly into the 3D model. Once the aligner has been thermoformed, the LAC-Separator separates it from the model in less than 10 seconds, with no risk of deformation.
The LAC (Laser Aligner Cutter), identifies the part and laser-cuts it with absolute precision. The result is a perfectly finished, smooth-edged aligner that requires NO polishing or manual post-processing.
