The DMU ecosystem puts an end to fragmentation in aligner production through a fully integrated and automated workflow. Each step is designed to work in perfect synergy, eliminating bottlenecks and manual errors.
The process begins with the software, which automatically generates the optimal cutting line and embeds a unique identifier directly onto the 3D model. Once the aligner is thermoformed, the LAC-Separator separates it from the model in less than 10 seconds, without any risk of deformation.
The LAC (Laser Aligner Cutter) identifies the part and cuts it with a laser with absolute precision. The result is a perfectly finished aligner with smooth edges that requires NO manual polishing or post-processing.
