L’écosystème DMU met fin à la fragmentation de la production d’aligneurs grâce à un flux de travail entièrement intégré et automatisé. Chaque étape est conçue pour fonctionner en parfaite synergie, éliminant les goulots d’étranglement et les erreurs manuelles.
Le processus débute avec le logiciel, qui génère automatiquement la ligne de découpe optimale et intègre un identifiant unique directement sur le modèle 3D. Une fois l’aligneur thermoformé, le LAC-Separator le sépare du modèle en moins de 10 secondes, sans risque de déformation.
Le LAC (Laser Aligner Cutter), identifie la pièce et la découper au laser avec une précision absolue. Le résultat est un aligneur parfaitement fini, aux bords lisses, qui ne nécessite AUCUN polissage ou post-traitement manuel.
